Yummiest Chocolate Cake Ever

Makes one very large cake (roasting dish size) or two 23cm cakes. Submitted by pb.

2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup yoghurt
¾ cups cocoa
200g butter softened
2 tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp vanilla essence
¼ tsp salt
3 cups self raising flour
1 cup boiling hot strong black coffee
 
Yummy icing:
125g butter, at room temperature
1 ½ cups icing sugar
2 tbsp milk, at room temperature
2 tbsp cocoa

Put all ingredients into a cake mixer in order given and beat 1 minute.
Cook 1 hour at 160°C.

When cool ice with yummy icing:
